Returns and Refunds
We will happily exchange an item for you if required. We understand that sometimes people order the incorrect size or there may be a fault with the product.
Ordered the wrong size? Need to swap them over? (It happens sometimes - don't beat yourself up).
We are definitely happy to swap them over for you - we have a couple of options for you - Please e-mail info@boomerangzthongs.com.au
Need a refund?
We can do that for you too. While refunds are free (we don't charge a re-stocking fee, re-listing fee or admin fee), the refunds do NOT include the shipping cost as we can't get that back from the postal or courier service. Sorry. Even if you received 'free shipping' on your order, we still have to pay the postal or courier service. Refunds do not include the shipping fee that WE have paid on all orders.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will only be processed once we have received the returned item and deemed it to be in it's original condition.
Please don't return items that have been worn (for more than trying on), have dirty marks, or any wear whatsoever! If you do, you will forfeit this item and your refund. You are sometimes better off gifting them to someone who can fit into them.
Pre-Order pairs
No refunds on pre-order pairs until AFTER you have received the product. Even if you didn't realise it was pre-order. It is clearly stated in the product name (Pre-Order), the sticker over the main image of the product you are ordering and also in the product description in bold red font.
Clearance Items
No refunds or returns on 'Clearance items' - sorry! We can’t do this for you as some prices are set according to availability. No refunds or returns on sale items. Friends and family can be a good option to pay it forward to or some customers will add the items to their Christmas shopping haul.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us indicating the reason for the return and stating your order number.
Boomerangz Footwear must be notified of the product issue within 30 days of the delivery date... We're not really strict about this, especially if you are buying Christmas presents nice and early. It must be unworn and in its original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging).
We agree to replace any product that is deemed to be a manufacturing fault or distribution mistake by us. However, we can’t always guarantee availability of the products you would like to exchange. In this instance a Boomerangz Footwear customer service representative will assist you in finding an alternative style.
Returned Boomerangz products that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged and will not be returned to the customer.
Please refer closely to the sizing chart of all Boomerangz products to match the size most perfect for you. If the wrong size is ordered by you and you require an exchange, additional postage and handling charges will apply.
If returning an item that was purchased on our website, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure it is returned to us by the most reliable and preferred method of postage (registered post).
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable, unless in the case of our error in shipping an incorrect or faulty product to you.
Please note that Boomerangz Footwear products purchased from other retailers, including department stores and specialty stores must be returned to the store where it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer.
